Soy isoflavones are one of the richest natural sources of isoflavones and are already widely used by menopausal women for the relief of hot flushes. Sage contains mild oestrogenic and memory improving properties whilst green tea contains a number of powerful antioxidants, which help to protect the body. Flaxseed lignans are included for their rich natural source of SDG (secoisolariciresinol dilgylcoside) which is converted in to an oestrogenic compound in the gut, helping to regulate the balance of hormones in the body.
Menopace Plus comes in a handy dual pack, which contains the original and well-trusted Menopace – Britain’s number one formula for the menopause. In trials, many women reported a significant benefit whilst taking Menopace in the relief of night and day sweats.
Menopace Plus can be taken alongside or independently of HRT and may be beneficial for those for those with more severe menopausal symptoms. What’s more, Menopace Plus doubles up as a complete multivitamin, so there is no need to worry about taking any other supplements.
Menopace Plus is free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten, fat, starch and yeast, and is produced under fully licensed pharmaceutical manufacture according to strict quality control. It was developed without testing on animals and is suitable for vegetarians. One Menopace tablet per day plus one botanical tablet per day. Swallow each with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Tablets should only be taken on a full stomach.

Menopause Test Instructions
How to perform this menopause test:
Read all instructions carefully before performing the test.
- When ready to urinate remove the midstream menopause test from the foil pouch.
- Remove the protective cap from the menopause test to reveal the absorbent tip. Do not throw the cap away.
- Hold the menopause test wand by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downwards and place directly into the urine stream for at least 10 seconds, until it is thoroughly wet. Do not urinate on the control or result window
- Remove the menopause test from the urine stream and replace the protective cap over the wet absorbent tip.
- Lay the menopause test wand on a clean, even surface with the viewing windows facing upwards, while you wait for the result. You may notice a pink colour moving across the windows as the test begins to work.
- Read results at 3 minutes. Do not read the results after 10 minutes.
Menopause Test Results:
A line should appear in the control window and shows the test is working properly. If no line appears the test is invalid and you should repeat the test with a new dipstick.
If only one coloured line appears in the control window the result is negative. If a second line (the test window) appears below the first line, which is lighter than the first line, then the result is also negative.
If the second line in the test window is of equal or greater colour intensity (darker) than the line in the control window, this is a positive result.
If the test result is positive, repeat the test one week later using the second dipstick to confirm the result. F.S.H. elevates for short periods in normal cycles but it is the extended elevation of F.S.H., which could indicate menopause. If the second test is also positive, your symptoms are probably due to the menopause and you should make an appointment to visit your doctor. If the test is negative but your symptoms persist you should also consult your doctor for advice.
Your doctor may discuss your symptoms with you and undertake further tests, he/she may also discuss the advantages and possible disadvantages of taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (H.R.T.) and give you advice on lifestyle changes.
