FreeStyle Mini Blood Glucose Monitoring System - Instructions for use
FreeStyle mini blood glucose monitoring system, the worlds smallest meter, will test blood from your upper arms, thighs, calves, and hands as well as your fingers. These areas contain less pain receptors than the fingers, and so you feel less pain.
Painless FreeStyle Technology
In clinical studies, 9 out of 10 people said testing with FreeStyle Mini was less painful than their current meter.
The human figure above shows the areas where you can test with the FreeStyle Mini System. Avoid moles, veins, bones and tendons.
Warning: We recommend that you test on your fingers or palm, at the base of the thumb if you are testing for hypoglycaemia (low blood glucose), or if you suffer from hypoglycaemia unawareness.
